This webinar is aimed at financial services leaders, and those interested in promoting healthy cultures in the workplace.

The recent crisis has transformed our ways of working and presents an opportunity to drive culture change. Leaders at all levels play a vital role in shaping the culture of an organisation, providing behavioural cues to their teams and wider organisations. Leaders should consider how the way they lead may have changed and what skills are needed to successfully lead in these uncertain times.

During this webinar, guest panellists will discuss lessons learned from the initial period of lockdown, how leadership roles and styles may have evolved, and what leadership skills are needed to navigate through and out of a crisis. After the discussion, the panel will answer questions submitted by viewers.

The event was hosted by Jonathan Davidson, the FCA’s Executive Director of Supervision for Retail and Authorisations. He was joined by:

Professor Kiran Trehan, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Partnerships and Engagement, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Director, Centre for Women’s Enterprise, Leadership Economy & Diversity at the University of York
